The exciting visit and its quality are our focus at the State Museum. So please understand that we cannot offer you guided tours of, for example, only 30 minutes.
As part of our regular special exhibitions we provide additional and thematically coordinated group offers.
We are happy to send you information material or advise you over the phone.
The curators of the temporary exhibition ›The Shamaness‹ give a guided tour of the exhibition once a month.
Cost: admission only, no tour fee.
Dauer: about 90 minutes.

Every Sunday at 10.30 there are guided tours through the permanent exhibition.
Costs: admission only, no fee for the guided tour.
Registration is required. You can book your participation online as well.
Every Saturday we offer a guided tour for archaeologists young and old, exploring the way of life of prehistoric people and their great animal companions.
Guided tour for young archaeologists (5 to 7 years): from 10.15 to 11.15.
Guided tour for older archaeologists (8 to 11 years): from 11.30 to 12.30.
We kindly request that children are accompagnied by at least one adult.
Duration: 1 hour.
Costs: 2.00 € per child plus admission.
Children from 6 to 18 years only pay an admission fee during times of temporary exhibitions. Adults pay the regular museum admission fee.
Registration is not necessary. However, you can book your participation online in advance.
Wählen können Sie unter anderem zwischen unserem Klassiker ›Sternstunden der Archäologie‹ (Dauer: 90 Minuten) und der Führung ›Die Himmelsscheibe von Nebra und ihre Zeit‹ (Dauer: 60 Minuten).
Sie sind eine Gruppe mit spezieller Interessenlage? Gerne bieten wir Ihnen nach Rücksprache eine individuelle Themenführung an (zum Beispiel Handwerk, Kunst, Religion und vieles mehr).
Auch für die Sonderausstellung ›Die Schamanin‹ bieten wir sowohl kürzer als auch längere Führungen zu den untenstehenden Kondition an.
Fremdsprachige Führungen sind in englischer und französischer Sprache möglich.
Kosten
Für 60 Minuten-Führungen 60,00 € (Pauschalpreis für bis zu 15 Personen, jede weitere Person zuzüglich 4,00 €), zuzüglich ermäßigter Eintritt für jede Person.
Für 90 Minuten-Führungen 75,00 € (Pauschalpreis für bis zu 15 Personen, jede weitere Person zuzüglich 5,00 €), zuzüglich ermäßigter Eintritt für jede Person.
Für Schülergruppen, Kitagruppen und Studierendengruppen: 2,50 € pro Person.
You are also welcome to have an exclusive tour of our exhibition rooms outside the regular opening hours.
