Key ring offer

Since 2018, the ›Schlüsselbund Hallesche Museen‹ (Halle museums key ring) has been a permanent and popular part of the local museum landscape. The collaborative initiative is organised by the ›Museumsnetzwerk Halle‹ (Halle museum network) – a cooperation of twelve museums with different profiles and various institutions in Halle (Saale).
The current campaign period has been running since 1 May 2025. The offer applies to all temporary and permanent exhibitions at the museums. Visitors can collect a ›key‹ – a small sticker – with every visit to one of the participating museums. All ›keys‹ can be collected until 30 April 2026. The full collection card can be handed in at one of the participating museums and the ›golden museum key‹ can be obtained. This entitles the holder to free admission to all museums in the ›Halle museum network‹ for one year.
After the first visit to one of the participating museums – and collecting the first ›key‹ – the reduced admission price applies to the remaining eleven participating museums.
The ›key collection card‹ is available from the participating museums or you can download it here together with this year's highlights as a flyer [PDF, 0.7 MB, not barrier-free, in German only].
Alongside the State Museum of Prehistory, eleven other museums are taking part in this year's edition of the ›Halle museums key ring‹:
Gedenkstätte Roter Ochse Halle (Saale)
Kunstmuseum Moritzburg Halle (Saale)
