Triumph of Intellect
Overcoming thought controls
In medicine and anatomy, as in alchemy, the study of ancient scripts became the impetus to comprehend creation more precisely. Evidence from the early days of anatomy is rare. In Wittenberg, the skeletons of two people were discovered, who in the early 16th century had been dissected by physicians of the university. Uniquely, the finds can be linked to studies by Augustin Schurff (1526) and Caspar Lindemann (1534) that are documented in writing.
